You keep your number. Calls you do not pick up go to Grace, and you get the message in your inbox.
We set her up with you
A person walks you through it: your business name, your hours, what callers usually need, and the forwarding for calls you do not answer.
Grace answers
In her first sentence she says she is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Then she asks how she can help.
She takes the details
Name, callback number, an email spelled back letter by letter, what they need and by when. She does not hang up without a way to reach the caller.

Yes. Grace says so in her first sentence, and that the call is recorded. We do not offer a version that hides it.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays yours. Calls you do not answer forward to Grace, and we set that up with you.
Can Grace book appointments or quote prices?
Not today. She takes a complete message so you can call back with the facts. Booking and prices stay with you.
What happens to the recordings?
The call is recorded and transcribed, and the transcript is emailed to you. Recordings and transcripts are handled as set out in our privacy policy.
